A Thoughtful Place: Favorite Projects of 2012

Favorite Projects of 2012

One of my favorite parts of approaching a new year, is reflecting upon the one that is coming to an end. While I intend to do much soul searching and goal setting as I try to do each year, I also enjoy looking back at ways in which I have been productive. I think we all feel a sense of accomplishment by checking things off of our lists. It somehow allows us to feel a sense of control over our daily lives. There is no denying I love a good project and often get sucked into them. Whether they were little or large, here is a look back at some of my finished projects from 2012.

  2. Such great ideas! I love the fabric-lined shelves. I'm going to try and figure out how to modify this for the built-ins in my family room. Don't think I can use a glue gun directly onto the wall. Looking forward to more ideas in the new year!
